    Arrow Long cycles >=< Short cycles

    What is best???
    Long cycles (over 15wks) or short/normal ones(10wks)???

    What is your opinion? Arguments for/against?
    I would like personal experience, rather than some theories...

    i prefer 12-14 week cycles. not to long but definitley not short

    I just did a 12 weeks cycle of test e and bridging with winny now. To be honest I stopped strength gains around week 8 or 9 and they just returned in my 3rd week if winny. JMO

    wouldnt it all kind of rest on what your goals are? i havent seen many 16+ week cutting cycles. i have seen a bunch of longer bulker tho?

    I did continue to get bigger but not stronger.

    true depends on goals id say, but i prefer short/avg cycles i.e. upto 12/15 wks

    not a fan of year long cycles

    Alot of bros dont like it, but it seems to have me over the hump, as far as strength gains are concerned anyway.

    yea i hear a lot of different opinions about bridging. i've always played with the idea of doing it myself but always figured it to be best to take the time off. whats your mg intake look like while you bridge?

    First of all,it's good to see you on the board again.It's been awhile.

    I prefer longer cycles myself.Much easier to keep the gains since your body will become more adapt to the weight change.Homeostasis

    bro thats still considered part of your actual cycle. its always a good idea to run an oral like that during the latter part of your cycle so you can start pct immediately after coming off. its obvious that you know that, just got your technicalities mixed up a bit.

    bridging, by definition, is using a lower dose of AAS -between- cycles

    ok so basically your just not gonna technically end your cycle, your just gonna go straight into another one.

    6 weeks..Here is my situation. At first I was going for the beach body look and later decided to go for the monster look. My wife and I are planning to have another child in about a year and I want to get as much bulk as possible over the next 4-5 months before I come off gear completely for most likely 1-2 years. I want to get my boys functioning properly before we try so that is why I will be out for probably 1-2 years. Hope this help with my scenerio.

    well thats understandable. i don't see the harm in running it just 6 wks, however, i still would not recommend it. but you have an idea and goal that your setting for yourself so i wish you the best of luck with it all

    depending on the compounds used!
    and the combos of them!

    Oral only cycles --> 6 weeks!
    Test only cycles --> 10-12 weeks
    Test + DHT at end --> 12 weeks
    Anything with Boldenon in it --> Minimum of 12 weeks (Test should be ran 2 weeks longer so 14 weeks)
    Tren --> 10 weeks max (with the Test two weeks longer!)

    You get the picture!

    Right now am planning:

    Week 1-16 Test Enantate 450 mg E3D
    Week 1-14 Boldenon 300 mg E3D
    Week 1-12 Oxabolone Cypionate 300 mg E3D
    Week13-18 Anavar 50 mg + Miotolan 25 mg + Methyl-DHT 25 mg

    (Meaning 2.5 ml shots every 3 days + 2 times a day an oral liquid)
