My source isnt able to get me eq like I was hoping but he did get some 10mg winny tabs. Ive never run any kind of oral so I was hoping for some input on how they are and what the dosages should be and for how long? thanks

The winny needs to be run at a minimum of 50mg ED and for at least 5 or 6 weeks to be effective. Also, you will not see "great" results unless you are around 10% BF or less. You will still get results, you know what I mean.

Also, get yourself some liv 52 or milk thistle for your liver because of it being a 17aa

got the thistle today just in case i decide to run it.

Yeah the thistle should be run at 1000mg ED split 2x day. Also, where are you at in your cycle and what are you running now?

I was going to throw in the winny tabs but 50mg ED would be 5 pills a day which would be 35 per week. 150 tabs wouldnt be enough for 5 or 6 weeks.

Well you can run for 4 weeks, minimum, 6 is optimal. If you have 150 @ 10mgs each, thats 1500mg / 28 days = 53.57. So you can run them @ 50mg ED for 4 weeks and have a few left over. That will be ok for you as long as you take the thistle.

Ok cool. If you do throw them in, time them so when you finish the winny you can start your pct the very next day, that way you can gain all the way to the end.
