Does any of you guys have a problem with one side of your chest been bigger than the other? Since using AS i have noticed the left tit is bigger than the right.
Also how do I get rid of my little pot on my belly. I do loads of crunches and running so dont know why it is still there. Any help would be great

when you say clean calories do you mean stuff like high protein foods and less junk foods ? I try to be as careful as I can when eating but since I find it hard to put on weight anyway I tend to do what my mate said. That was :
"If you want to put on weight just eat whatever you can get your hands on "
This worked for him but doesnt seem to be working for me. Does anybody know any good websites for working out calories and that kind of stuff ?

try dumbell presses instead of bar bell , also diet will take care of the belly with a side order of cardio...good luck

your best bet is to check the diet forum and look at the cutting thread if you're wanting to get lean, they have some good bros in that forum that are excellent in critiquing diets.........good luck bro
