my question is simply this. if you had a 10 week supply of deca and a 5 week supply of winstrol depot, at what point in the cycle would you take the winstrol?

you should have atleast 7 weeks of winny i think and you need test!!!!!!! dont forget PCT

You don't have a cycle unless you have test! Test is the base for all cycles.

Yea, I agree, i did a cycle of deca on its own and although there were results it was minimal to what i acheived when I stacked it with Sust

as soon as you get some test. Run the winny for 6 weeks at 50mg ed. and why deca and winny together, they are complete opposites.

this is my first cycle and after researching I found the above quote under the profile for test enanthate . recently everone on this sight has been saying the opposite. if anyone has any information that can clear this up for me i would appreciate it.

i'm in the same situation. i read a similar quote and was convinced to leave test for a later cycle. but everyone on the boards advised me to do test. e first cycle.

there is no doubt that test is the main component of all good cycles, but if us newbies start on the test straight away are we going to be getting less of an effect come 2nd or 3rd cycle?

my cycle looks like this.

qv deca 300 weeks 1-10
50mg winstrol tabs weeks 6-12

clomid pct and possibly clenbuterol

im 5'9 215pnds and i can put up 315 for 2reps. i want a good 15-20 pounds of quality muscle and i want to keep it. ive been using this websight for almost four years and up until about six months ago this would have been a great novice cycle, now everybodys opinion has changed.

what did your first cycle look like and what were your results?
