ECA stacker Question

Morning People!
Is it ok to take all of the stuff for an ECA stacker at once or do you think it should be broken up..
example.. im taking it 2x a day to start so would I take the caffiene, asprin and ephed all at once?

Yes...take it all at once so the stack can work it's majic.
Also...IMO...don't take it to late in the day or you will be up cleaning your house at midnight.

Agreed............. 2 to 3 times a day....... this will assure that your body temp stays constant through out the day......... I try not to take it past 3:00PM or so if not I can't get to sleep.

how would you make a stack of such sort... i can get ephedrine?? i know caffiene and asprine pills are easy to get over the counter. but what would be a effective dosage that will get my energy going and curb appetite(that's my main concern) bf is low so not worried. lately feeling very lazy and not enough energy to work out..

Once with first dose

200mg Caffine
25mg Ephedrene
2 to 3 times a day

baby asprin is the low dose version.. its 81 mg to a T.
the others on the shelf are 325mg I believe.

It will say it right on the box how many mgs per pill.

You can take the 81mg asprin but you will still need about 325mg total to get the full effect of the stack............ Asprin has a longer half life than both ephedrene and caffine..... so you can either take the asprin all at once with the first dose..... or use the lower dose asprin and dose it through the day.

so take 325mg of asprin ???
