Had my estrogen checked its 195
how bad is this and what should I do?

I Had the same problem never got estrogen checked but i had to use 40mg of nolvadex for about three months after my cycle.

Did your pct include an AI?
Do you know your baseline levels (before your cycle)?

Is your bf% relatively high? What was your total test level in comparison? Did you get free test checked too..

High estradiol levels w/o high test levels can be a problem, but if your test levels are correspondingly high, I wouldn't worry. I doubt your total test is in the ~2000ng/dL range though

Wow 195ng/dl is very high. Like Einy said if your test levels are high it may be related. But bottom line is you need to be below 50ng/dl Preferbly 30ng/dl. You need to look at the ratio's. But at test around 900ng/dl I'd say you have a problem

Hmmm. I'd hate to just say "use nolva" ,because that can increase SHBG too.....which is a factor when you're not on a cycle (not at supraphysiological androgen levels, which lower SHBG anyway). Using an AI would be tricky, because you don't want to suppress too far...maybe .25mg EOD of adex.....
.....you just want enough to keep you in range. how often does your doc do your bloodwork? See if he'll do it more often until you dial in a good dose of AI

my doc will do it whenever I want,so try .25 ldex eod?

Make sure you have liver values checked. Its vital for proper balance. Male andropause is a possibilty(which increases aromatase). I noticed your on HRT. If there is a spike it may have estrogen go high to. Patches/pellets that typically release slowly may help. Just a thought
