A tiny bubble is nothing to worry about. Take alot more air than that to do damage.
Some guys actually keep air in the syringe to help push out the last little bit of gear (I dont think it is worth the 1/16 cc of gear, so dont do that.)

yea, and of course flicking the needle b4 injecting will get rid of a lot of those tiny little bubbles
I found that if you pull the syringe down a past the bubbles they will stay were they were and pop, then push it back up all the way and walla.
