Heres the deal.
I have been working out for 2 years. cycle on and off suplements. Eat about 5-6 meals a day and work out on a regular basis 3 and 1.
I'm 20 years old and I still have alot of research and growing to do. My current weight is 140lbs. Im 5'10. 140 is not alot but I have a small frame. So really I don't look that small. Just wanted to know if I were to bust my ass and get to my peak which is at about 155 and I had a good set diet plan would it hurt me to do a test or should I wait. I know that at younger ages you still have lots of time to grow. But if I take it right it shouldn't really effect me all that much. Opinions greatly appreciated!
