    Lots of Fruits (exception of grapes, stawberries and bananas)
    Water

    2x 500 mg Vitamin C every day (Anything more than this is overkill!)
    2 gram Potassium Citrate + 500 mg Taurine

    Homebrewed Cap:
    Reservatol + Morin + Luteoline + Kaempferol + GrapeSeedExtract
    (100-100-100-100-100-250 mg = 650 mg)
    Reason: Very Potent Anti-oxidants
    (e.g. GSE is 50 times more potent than Vitamin E + they are active in areas "normal" Anti-Oxidants are not!)
    + They All inhibit FAS (Fatty Acid Synthase) meaning more fatburning!

    3x every day --> 15 mcg T3 + 400 mcg T2

    And my Homebrewed DNP Caps consist of:
    200 mg DNP
    100 mg Quercetin (anti-histamine and anti-oxidant)
    10 mg Sibutramine HCL (Appetite suppresant)
    150 mg Magnesium Malate
    180 mg Synthetic Vitamin E (Comes down to 400 IE/IU)
    5 mg Vitamin B12
    5 mg Yohimbine HCL

    Thanks bro, that helped a bunch. The DNP I'm getting already has 200mg Quercetin in it so I'm fine there. Are you sure its 100mg taurine? I read that you need around 3g taurine. And I noticed you didnt have ALA in there, was your homebrew a better substitute?

    I edited it --> It is 500 mg Taurine; 3 gram is for Clen

    ALA isn't nearly as strong as these phytochemicals!

    This is my old list of supps, it's a compilation of recommendations from various articles. I will most likely be changing it in the future as I've started to think a good chunk of it is overkill. Also I made it before I first started DNP and I figured better safe than sorry.

    Quercetin ----------------------3 g ed ---7 Days before starting DNP

    Water --------------------------2+ gallons
    Vitamin E ----------------------2000 IU
    Cranberry Extract -------------1000 mg
    Acetyl L-Carnitine--------------3 g
    Multivitamin -------------------2
    Milk Thistle --------------------1000 mg
    Vit C ---------------------------6000 mg
    Selenium ----------------------200 mcg
    Zinc ---------------------------50 mg
    Iron tab -----------------------1
    Potassium gluconate tab -----2
    Taurine ------------------------3 g
    Glutamine ---------------------20 g
    Green tea ----------------------900 mg
    Quercetin ----------------------3 g

    R-ALA -------------------------900 mg ---300mg 3x a day with meals
    Magnesium -------------------1200-1500 mg in 2-3 divided doses.
    Glycerol -----------------------1 table spoon 3 x a day in water/crystal lite
    ECA/NYC ----------------------3 x a day for hunger and energy

    Benadryl -----------------------1 take it before bed
    Calcium -----------------------2400 mg take it before bed

    Quercetin ---------------------3 g ed ---7 Days after stopping DNP



    Melatonin ---------------------if you can’t sleep
    Benadryl ----------------------if you develop hives 200mg ---4 hours later another 200mg

    What not take USNIC asid instead ? It is less dangerous and as effective.

    UA is less effective and more dangerous.
