what are u planning on taking and how much?
Whatever you take spread it out during the day with meals. Depending on the ester you will hafto take it different amount of times.
If doing orals I normaly take 8 x 5mg anobol per day (the little pink ones) along with 2000mg creatine capsules and a multivitamin. But I normaly take them all at about 11am
spread them out with about 4 hours between (2 pills, 10mg at a time). Take them with meals so you dont get stomach ake or feel like you need to vomit.
I have never had stomach ach on any of my other cycles but ill give it a go. Will taking them this way increase the results or anything ?
most oral have a very short half life. by spreading them out it keeps your bood levels more consistant

Personally i think 1 hour before training with grape juice is best :lol:
