My mate needs advice

A freind of mine is considering doing a cycle of shot but since he doesnt have access to the internet i though id help him out.
He is currently on 12 x 5mg anobol ( the pink tablets ) and I told him its crazy taking that amount. His stats are :

Age : 21
Height : 5ft 5 inch
Weight : about 10 1/2 stone
Training experience : No more than 6 month

I told him he should wait a couple of year and eat and train right before doing this but he is not going to listen so needed to know the best option for him.

he is doing any orlal only cycle? plus no test? tell him to do research first. he dont know what he is getting himself into

do people really still measure weight with stones in england?????

Yeah he is doing oral only, its quite common in this country, and yes we do still use stones for weight.
He is going to do shots anyway so would at least like to offer him a cycle that is right for him

yea 12x5mg a day? hmm thats a bit high imo, especially considering i doubt he's running any liver protectants

cycle to advise? he hasnt trained long enough..but it never stops people

yeah, i warned him about liver problems but he still seem ignorant to the fact that he will do himself sum damage. He is like I used to be at the beginning, he just sees all the big guys in the gym and wants to look as good as them. I keep telling him to be patient but he still wants to do a cycle so il tell him to do sum test

tell your friend there no rush at all....but if he's too stubborn he should throw in test and adequate amount of calories protein fats sugars...basically all the **** u should be doing b4 he even considers doing aas.....just some basic advice u need more than gear to be huge and he's obviuosly not doing something right considering some of my best gains were the first 6 months -1 year....

HE NEEDS TEST.

also if he is going to be running dbol ( I would only take 20-30 mgs for his 1st time )for 1-4 weeks

He needs to get milk thistle and run it at 1000-1400 /ed

does he know about PCT ??? if not research it for him
