I have seen 4 bodybuilding dvds and 3 of them suck#$ as hell. They were Dennis James "Titans, Part 1", "Ripped" , Mike Mentzer "HIT" . But, the best one was Ronnie Coleman "The cost of redemption", that was a fat & incredible dvd!
What is your favorite dvd?
I'm planning on buying Jay Cutler "New Improoved & Beyond".
Let me know your comments on some dvds!

Ronnie the unbelievable is good one and flex wheelers is good too...Flex is kind of a dick and he wears fag clothes but he is a HOSS and the dvd is cool...You can d/l then from a p2p website if you just wanna see them.....

Got to go with Pumping Iron myself as well but the video with Ferrigno's come back for the master Olympia is always an inspiring one.
My personal favorite is the Markus Ruhl "Made In Germany" DVD, the intro is VERY VERY VERY inspiring. Awesome dude, and warm hearted.

I own Pumping Iron and Made in germany. Purchased Pumping Iron for like $10, Made in Germany (Markus Ruhl) is $30 at lowest -ebay- . I suggest popping in the Ruhl flick before heading to the gym :)
For impressive lifts: Ronnie's Unbelievable! Wow!
For great form and an awesome look at a dungeon: Dorian's! (my wife loves it because of he and his kid are walking there Boxers at the end of the movie), but I have heard that Lee Priest's is pretty awesome because of how his form with the weight he uses.
As far as Mentzor's HIT's his are mostly info, the one I have is the last one he made before he died and it show's you how to work H.I.T..
Pumping Iron IS A MOVIE! I believe it is different than the others, and it's awesome!

I just watched parts of the Cutler DVD, it was pretty good...his leg workout made ME tired!!!
Cutler's newest dvd wasnt bad, and he seems like a decent guy, he doesnt brag/show off and say dumb things all the time like Coleman
but yea pumping iron is great too
and lee priests vids are ok...but again he's another idiot tyhat makles dumb comments, he said 'all these bbers who are taller than me with the same size measurements should be ashamed'
when no, he should be ashamed, the taller guys have to gain more to get the same measurements!
cutler's is good as long as you don't fall asleep listening to him talk.
coleman's is good if you can get past what a ****ing idiot he is and if you don't mind watching 20 mins everyday of his traning as he cooks the same ****ty food.
dennis james i like the best because you can get a look at charles glass' manipulation of angles in precontest (2 weeks from the o) training.
pumping iron of course is a classic as long as you don't fall asleep during the mike katz bio.only thing is pumping iron that sucks is there is like 5 secs of zane!my man got jipped in the making of it.
basically they are all somewhat motivational as long as these big ****s keep their mouths shut and just train. listening to these fools speak is so god**** painful my ears want to bleed
