i thought this may get a better answer in this section (sorry if that offends anyone tho)

when during PCT do MOST people start getting sides e.g. breaking out or depressed, im 6 days in and have a little acne on my shoulders but none of the depressed feelings ive had before or vision problem like some claim, am i counting my chicken before they hatch, so to speak or is the worst yet to come, at the end of PCT???

usually all that's happened to me is a lil bit of depression. Not enough to make you stop lifting, but the kind that makes you feel "small". For example even though it could have been 95 degrees out, i'd be hesitant over wearing a cutoff or a tanktop in any kind of public.

even tho up to now (touch wood) i havent lost a pound, i still feel ive lost that fullness you get, since finishing the winny i was on i feel brilliant, more appetite and cant wait to get to gym, thanks for the reply guys

went from 80kg to 91kg, so around 22lbs or sumat ive put my pics up on the other forum, i need to do a cutting cycle soon, im more or less happy at 14 stone
