    need Help! Fina + LoCarbs = insomnia

    How do you deal with insomnia? Surely many of you are/have experienced it from fina and low carb diets.

    I dont want to get dependent on Ambien but im one of those guys that MUST have his sleep or I am non-functional and irratable the next day.

    Open to suggestions

    melotonin works great for me and its relatively cheap and legal
    checkit out at GNC

    Tylenol PM help me,so does benadryl.But when all else fails,out come the xanax.And before anyone says anything,I KNOW xanax is addictive.But guess what?I took 2mgs at night for 2 mos straight and never had the slighest withdrawl when I stopped.And this was doctor supervised.

    I have used most of the sleep aids mentioned above. What seems to work for me is to go in a hot bath, hot tub, or sauna before taking any type of sleep aid. In my opinion the warm relaxed state this puts you in also makes the sleep aids hit that much harder.

    Best knockout pill (script) hands down is Oxazepam , that **** is just magic... 2 minutes and you're out like a light.
