Egg Whites? How much it cost?
Hi ya!
I just came across a good website that sells eggwhites for breakfest and your protein needs. I'm about to order 2 gallons of the egg whites, can I find it cheaper at my local supermarket?
Website:
http://www.eggwhitesint.com
Let me know what you think, I'm about to pay $80.00 for some egg whites. Let me know about this, I think it is way to much for some eggs.
P.S- I did know about this thanks to Mick Hart emails.

It gets old separating after a while especially when the occasional yolk just drops in there!!!!!! But my wife likes to make egg noodles out of the yolks so a separatin I will be.

Just buy some proteinpowder at proteinfactory or trueprotein!

I but 15 dozen eggs from $12.59 at Costco, it's a little work cracking them but it's not that much. 28 bucks + shipping could get up close to 40 bucks.

Egg-white protein powder is purified and dioxine-free,
also it is more bio-available and has less surplus
(so no water and other stuff in the egg white)
Not to mention tastes better!

i think he means, its not the same because it is not a solid food, you dont want to replace a meal for a shake, but im not sure

so you guys think $28 for a gallon is not a ripp-off?
Do you guys think I'm getting a good quality egg-white?
Let me know, I may send a check.

Cotsco all the way. I pay $5.00 for 90 eggs.
As for eggs vs. a protein shake, I'd take eggs anyday of the week. Does a lot better job at filling me up, especially on a low cal diet. And my eggs aren't complete unless i include lots of bacon bits (real) and a slice of cheese (real)
