If im plungin 400 mg of deca a week and 500 mg of sust a week (mon, fri), would it be better to shoot different areas? Or is it cool to just hit the glutes which im comfortable with. (200 deca, 250 sust on monday/ same on friday) I dont give a s-hit about being sore. I just wanna have the best results possible. thanks fellas
Glutes alone should be fine as long as you are only doing one injection in each glute per week.
id switch up. after awile youll start to gat a lump from the oil buildup and you dont want to shoot thru that
What size needles do you guys use for quads?

I usually go around in a circle between the glutes and quads, that way you get like two weeks before you hit the same spot. It's easier for me to inject my quads then anywhere else.
yes i also circle my injections between quads and glutes,quads are very good when you find the right spot,i belive its always better to use many diffrent injection spots if you use a lot of gear.
