    Question Clen question. Any help appreciated...

    For a clen only cycle to cut b/f my next cycle what has been the preferred choice of everyone out there.

    I know diet/cardio are key but have you had better results with:
    2 days on/2 days off
    or
    2 weeks on/2 weeks off; and what dosage seem ideal

    i'm coming off of bi-lateral hernia surgery a couple months ago so i want to cut before i bulk again.

    2 weeks on/2 weeks off. You have to increase clen dosage every day strating from 20 up to 100-120

    cool, how long did you cycle for? i know the possible sides but anything serious anyone has run into?

    "The most significant side effects are muscle cramps, nervousness, headaches, and increased blood pressure.

    Muscle cramps can be avoided by drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water and consuming bananas and oranges or supplementing with potassium tablets at 200-400mg a day taken before bed on an empty stomach. Taurine at 3-5grams is a necessity in minimizing cramps.

    Headaches can easily be avoided with Tylenol Extra Strength taking at the first signs of a headache."
