I remember where Einstein mentioned something about levels of B6 over 200 mgs would lessen gains while on AAS.
My questions are, is the same true for when not on AAS and if my vitamin and B complex add up to more than 200 mgs (like 250 mgs), should I cut the B complex in lieu of an assortment of B vitamins without the B6....? :unsure:
