    How much water intake while on AS?

    How much water should you drink a day during a cycle? Is there such a thing as too much? Will this cause more water retention than what is expected from using AS? Any input is appreciated, thanks fellas.

    never less than 1 gallon per day. and too much water is never harmful. besides, water is the only thing besides anti e's to help lower water retention

    I have read recommendations for a gallon to two gallons per day. I am currently drinking over a gallon per day. Every 15 minutes I am hitting the bathroom, but better that than liver problems later on.

    Drinking plenty of water is good, and it won't cause excess retention. Actually, drinking a small amount of water will cause more retention than a large amount of water, because in response to an inadequate amount of water your body will retain all of the water it can.

    1-2 gallons is suggested as a minimum for a body builder.

    yes I agree minimum of 1 gallon but there is a limit to the amount of water you can drink because if you drink too much water you can get hyponatraemia or water intoxication. This leads to diluted sodium and electrolytes in the blood, which in turn causes dizziness and respiratory distress, some people can collapse as a result. But dont worry too much about it drink a gallon a day and you'll be in good shape.

    yep yep, i drink about 2gallons and it is all i can do not to piss on myself sometimes, esp if i am asleep... to me it sux but you gotta do it.
