Injury Question
I j took my last injection of test cyp on Tuesday morning and then pulled my trap. muscle at the gym. I have not been able to lift since the injury. I feel like I should be able to get back in the gym on Monday, start slow and work my way back. I have also had some joint pain in my elbow.
My question is should I take some time off now that I will be starting PCT in a couple of weeks to let my joint and muscle heal or should I go to the gym and work light in order to avoid losing too much of my gains?

id go to the gym and work lighter, but mainly remember to keep eating lots during pct

thats what i would do to, go to the gym but keep it light. also id do alot of supplements like createn and whatever else to try to keep the gains since you cant lift heavy

theres no reason you cannot be back in the gym. Just mix it up
