Start using it when you feel anything weird with your nips or if you see puffyness. i would say start off with 10 if you think you need more then bump up to 20.
I would just go with 10 mg ed , and if signs of gyno appear then up it to 20, It would be cheaper.
i just hooked up the 2 for 1 from ibe so money isnt the issue, thats what i thought starting with 10 mgs ed, but i wasnt sure if you need the same amount of nolva at 500 mgs ew compared to 1 g ewQuote:
