2-Pyrrolidone and Propylene Glycoll??

Hi , I got 2-Pyrr and Prop from IBE L. They told me it was easy to make transdermal spray with this. I have 6 grams of 1-test cypio to mix it with.
Does anybody know the steps on how to make it???????????

I did , but can't find these two compounds anywhere , unless they have more than one name.....I got it from Ibe..... and they told me is very easy to make it, but I can't get hold of them anymore!!!!!!!!!!
