    Bulk Up Cycle!!

    What is the best and safest bulk up cycle to get into? I weigh about 155lbs. right now and I am looking to get up to about 180 by September if possible. I know it won't be easy but with the great diet and workout I have, it will work out good. I want to put together juice and supplements and have them work together so I can reach my goal sooner and more effectively. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks people.

    Do some research, best advice you will probably get.

    A few key points I can offer you to start would be:

    1) Diet. Eat 5-6 balanced meals a day. Take a view at the diet forum.
    2) Sleep. Sleep a solid 8 hours a night.
    3) Train. Train hard and maintain a good routine.
    4) Research a good cycle. Search for "Bulking" there are several posts available that are similar to yours.

    Yeah I know all that already bro haha. People think I am just starting out because of my weight. I've been lifting for about 2 years now. I used to weigh 115lbs so going up to 150 naturally was a big plus for me. Anyway, back to my question... how do you add both steroids and supplements together to become a freak of nature?! I heard this is the only way to get huge fast and what not...hell, maybe I could even reach 200lbs. by sept!

    200 lbs? Doubt it. But its good to have goals. All you need really is some aminos and a good multivitamin in my opinion, maybe some Vitamin E and A for the skin. You gotta have PWO shakes of course though.

    Well, I can see you may have lifting experience... but it would be a good idea to start doing some research.

    There are millions of different combinations of steroids and supplements. Becoming a "freak of nature" isn't neccesarily something you could do before september in one easy step.

    Begin by doing research on bulking, read in the diet forum and the steroids forum. Start of looking for posts that contain information regarding user's first cycles to get a good idea on where you should begin.

    Learn how to eat, when to eat, and what to eat. I went from 140 to 195lbs without anabolics at 5'7" in 18 months. I wear size 32 pants.

    UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...
    read this and get a good diet sorted first it will make a BIG difference.
