Off day on clen?

May be bad question but, while on clen for the 14 days, do i still need a day off any all training, cardio or lifting?Or should i maybe hit up some cardio today.I am in gym 6 days a week, cardio at football field 5 days. Today is sunday, my day off, but i didnt know if you needed to train every day while actually on the clen to maximize results.Thanks

Training/diet stays the same which are most important. Clen is just an addetive to your training.
