    Is easting like a pig bad...

    when your only 155lbs. and want to get up to at least 180 before the summer is over?

    Eating like a pig I mean lots of junk foods and ****. Also along with good foods too though...is it wrong?

    Take a look at the Diet Forum bro.. the gents here like to talk about AS...

    They will help you get things on track...

    BTW, that is a lot of weight to gain in a short time...

    Slow and steady would be much easier on your body...

    Eat BIG to be BIG, eat lean to be lean, but like Invid said, quality is better than quantity...

    25lbs in 6 wks? too much. Be happy with 10lb by next summer you could be there

    and dont eat like a 'pig;'

    eat a lot but clean

    eat lik a pig quantity wise, but watch what you eat, at 155lbs your probably not endomorph-prone to gaining weight easily, so i wouldnt worry what you eat really because your natural frame should be thin, so eat eat eat and train and when you feel you've become heavy,,start cutting and you will see what quality gains you've made

    Yea true, i was 149 last summer and after i bulked to 176 and cut back for this summer i was far better off and was 160..... I was proud of my gains in a year

    Eat as much as you can!

    Ergogenics teaches us that a fatperson gaining weight is most likely to be gaining mostly fat, while a natural thin person is most likely to gain muscle!

    Also Testosteron has the wonderful ability to be extremely forgiveful as to what you eat since all protein is synthesized and the fat/carbos in the thing you ate will be used as fuel for that process!
    (And since you are in puberty benefit from your high levels while you still can)

    that is negligable in people with extremely hyperthyroidism, which is often the case with endomoprhs especially during puberty...
