that 100% not true. the steroids enter thry the blood stream
Some say this is true with winny injections. However, most disagree that any spot gains are achieved whatsoever. Other people are more qualified to answer.
if it was true my ass and alot of bodybuilders asses would be huge
and if it was true everyone would be shooting into their bi's and would have 20 inch arms
Please do a search on "site injections" or "spot injections" or "localized growth"
Long-estered AAS are not even remotely comparable to compounds that are not esterified with respect to site-specific effects

I dont think its true, Ive shot my thighs for years and they still are hard gainers.
