    more test or just use deca?

    Hey I gotta question, which is better do you think interms of gains while on cycle and keeping those gains
    cycle 1:
    dbol 30mg/day weeks 1-4
    Test Enan 1g/wk weeks 1-10

    Cycle 2:
    Dbol 30mg/day weeks 1-4
    Test Enan 500mg/wk weeks 1-10
    Deca Durabolin 400mg/wk Weeks 1-9

    which is better and please give me a semi detailed reason why, thanks.

    the second is better for you because you lose alot of the gains you get from d-bol and i usually keep the gains i make on test and deca

    thew 1st cycle is fine ull lose the dbol gains but the test would propvide nice gains

    depewnds, is this a 1st cycle?

    no my first cycle was 50mg prop and 200mg enan per week

    if all you took for your first cycle was 250mg/wk. of test i would def. go with the test/deca cycle.

    i am a beleiver in higher doses of test i am using a substantial amount currently,but from what you have done already i don't think you need to make the jump to 1g yet,you really didn't take enough the first time and with the prop in it you didn't shoot it frequently enough. It must have been ara-test.

    yup exactly... aratest. But I mean I really dont care right now what good for me and whats not because I mean right now I shouldnt even be taking anything. But if you think deca /test is better for me in terms of gains then ill go for it. ppl also tell me to drop the dbol since you will lose ALL of it, is that correct?

    i think you will see good gains with that cycle with proper diet and training and i see no problem with leaving the dbol in.

    I've asked this same question but it seems their is no clear cut answer to it. From what I have gathered talking to many people on this board and other boards is that I high dose of test will provide better gains than if you run moderate dose of test, and a moderate dose of another drug. People say it's hard to beat the gains that you get at a gram+ a week of test. I really don't know what to tell you cause I'm at a loss also.

    If for no other reason I would take Deca or somthin like it to increase collagen synthesis and cross linking integrity. So that your connective tissue and muscles have a chance to grow at the same rate MAYBE.

    I can tell a big difference in my gains when I take Deca/EQ with my Test.

    There is a couple different reasons to take an Anabolic hormone with your Testosterone .

    1. Increase in collagen synthesis ( growth of connective tissue)

    2. reduced side effects in alot of cases, If you get bad side effects from high doses of Test you can use an Anabolic hormone to substitute some of the Testosterone.

    3. Deca doesnt aromitize at such a high rate that testosterone does.

    4. Less water retention than Testosterone, but there is still some bloat.

    5. Increases protein synthesis,and causes the muscle cells to hold a positive nitrogen balance.


    Im sure some other people have some more info.

    hmm now im in debate you said go with the first.. please tell me why 1st and not 2nd and this will be my 2nd cycle

    i don't understand why they are telling you to do 1g of test/wk. when you never really had a legit cycle under your belt.IMO you should not start off that high, I mean i run over 1g of test a wk, but i have been doing gear for 9 years.

    I agree 100% Way to much TEST!!! I would strongly suggest using around 500-600 to see how your body responds.
