    Funky twich?

    While doing a delt shot today, I pushed the needel in and the whole muscle started twiching. It did not hurt, just started going for it. kinda cool.
    does that mean I hit a nerv?
    I just pulled out and hit a different spot. all went well

    Yeah it happens all the time. Happens a lot to me when I have quad shots. Its normal

    Happens to me after a intense workout sometimes.

    After a tough shoulder day I get athe twitch in my shoulder too, I have a nerve that gets pinched easily. It gets annoying, but goes away fast for me.
