    starting this cycle tommorow....do u like?

    stats:
    24
    5'8
    195 pounds
    11.5% fat maximum
    done few cycles

    goals: gain minumum 15 pounds of MUSCLE mass and lose few pounds of fat (4-6 pounds)

    cycle:
    1-15> sustanon 750mg pw
    1-20> proviron 37.5mg pd
    1-18> nolvadex 10mg pd
    2-17>hcg 500IU every 4 days to 5 days
    3-8> t3 25-50 mcg pd (dose will be based on desired effects)
    9.5-12.5> eca stack
    13-17> t3 37.5 - 50 mcg pd
    18.5-21.5> eca stack (only if i feel t3 crash is inevitable without it)
    19-24> clomid therapy + tribulus + any other natural test. aids.

    supplements:
    vitamin b6 + vitamins and minerals rocket pills! + calcium and vitamin d combo + zma + mary jane on cheat-meal days (carb load up once a week...ect)

    Cardio: i defenitally make better progress when i dont do too much cardio, so the only cardio that ill be doing will be on my bike....it will be my means of transportation from home to the gym and back, a total of a 20-30 minute ride.

    diet: will be keeping track of calories.....so diet will be changing weekly. high protein, moderate good fats, moderate/high complex carbs, low simple carbs. 6 meals per day. and i will be taking the pro-peptide protein brand as a SUPPLEMENT and will increase intake on a weekly basis (will be using it for post workouts and right before bed time).

    does everything look good. would adding anavar at around 35mg (SPA KIND) pd for last 6-8 weeks be worth it, considering how expensive it is?

    Sounds like a good plan to me as long as you're doing that Sust EOD atleast.

    yep im doing sundays, tuesdays, thursdays and friday and sat off.
