Max results
Im about to start my first cycle and looks like this:
5'4, 140
Wks 1-12 -TESTe 500 mg (shot every sat.)
Wks 1-4 -Dbol 40 mg ED
Wks 1-12 - Nolvadex 10 mg ED
PCT: Starts 2 weeks after my last shot.
Clomid- Day 1 (300mg), Days 2-11 (100mg), Days 12-21 (50mg)
Run Nolvadex 20 mg ED through PCT.
Had a question about the D-bol though. I work out early in the morning. I probably start at like 6:15am. In order for the D-bol to get in my system before my work out, does taking it at 5:30am enough time for it to be in my system? And another question I had about the D-bol was, should I get up in the middle of the night to pop another D-bol tab, to keep my blood levels up?
Any advice on the cycle, about what I should change or whatever would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot for the help.

also just split the d-bol dose up and take it twice a day

First cycle and you only weigh #140's. This is just my two cents and you can ignore it real easy.
Your 19 and your too young.
also your over kill with 40mgs a day of d-bol for your very first time on d-bol. More is not all ways better. And 300mgs of clomid on the first day of pct is a waste. Clomid causes temporary blindness in some peeps at high dosages. try 150 the first day, then 100 the way you have 100 set up and 50 the way you have it set up.
The nolva looks fine with everything else.
remember, more is not always better, especially when starting out.
Do you classify yourself as a hardgainer? Is that why your thinking of doing your first cycle? If so pm me and I'll give you some information on how to bump your weight up #20 to 40's, and build a base that's jacked up and ready before your first cycle.

I'm a hard gainer and my first cycle is identical to yours except I only ran the dbol 3 weeks 35mg/day. I'm at the end of week 4 and I've put on 20lbs so far if thats any indication. But I am eating 8 times a day and did tons of tons of research. Just make sure you are taking the appropriate supplements as well to protect your body.
And guys 140 for 5'4 is not that bad. If you go by the 10lb rule he would be 210 at 5'11.Last edited by PrairieDawg; 08-07-2004 at 01:24 PM.

You seem a little young.
Do a little more research on doseing too bro. It is one thing for us to tell you how to dose it but it is much better to know why we tell you. Not a flame btw just felt that was the case with me and how I learned about splitting up doses.

yeah you gotta do at least 6 months worth or research. The more you learn the bigger you'll get.
