    Test E. And Equipoise

    Hi

    I am on my 9 week of equipoise 400mg week and test e 500mg week

    but I have only gained around 7lb I am eating alot and trying to eat clean as posible but some times eating ice cream and things like that to put on more calories .

    but I havent noticed any dramatical gains can some one help

    7 lbs in 9 weeks is not bad but I figured the gains would be a bit more. Eq will not put on a lot of mass but more quality lean muscle but the Test e should add at least 10-15lbs min on a 12-15 week cycle. You are taking your eq out to at least 12 weeks yes?

    how much protein, cals and carbs are you taking in daily? Sounds like that is your problem unless you gear is bad.

    you need to know how many macros and calories you are taking in each day and then start to add calories from there until you are gainning weight.post your diet in the diet forum and the people there will help you.

    yes I am doing the equipoise 12 weeks test 13
    and normally my diet looks like this

    9:00 am oatmeal protein shake
    10:00 hit the gym
    pwo protein shake 52gr 600 kal 82 gr carbs
    2:00 steak rice salad
    4:00 chicken breast potatoe some
    6:00 protein shake
    8:00 chicken breast vegetables
    10:00 some times junk food hamburger or something like that and eating some ice cream during the day and peanut butter

    is it ok to up the test dose or doing some propionate shoots during the last weeks ?

    how many grams are in your protein drinks? As many as your PW shake or less?

    normally I am eating like 600 grams of red meat a day same as chicken

    Jesus.... even if your gear was bunk you should be putting on some weight. Especially if your getting about 60g of carbs before bed with the late night junk food. I really have no idea. You should probably post your diet over in the diet section and have swole look it over.

    As far as the juice is it legit?

    it is testosterone depot 200 from tornel and equibold 200 from brovel

    sounds like bunk gear... your sex drive should be out the roof right now with test E...that should tell you if its bunk...IMO

    your diet really needs sorting out your gains will be MUCH better when you get that done.read this link and then start constructing a better diet.
