What to take to prevent Deca gyno?

Ok so I've decided to add test to a cycle at 500mg's a week and I'm going to follow the same layout that is posted on this site for a Novice cycle, I copied and pasted and it is as follows:

To sum it all up one shot of Deca 300 has already been takin and I'm nearing the second one, so do I add the test in all at once at 500mg the same day as the deca shot or should I wait a few days? It says to take anywhere from 10-20 mg of Nolvadex so what would be enough and do I really need to do it at that dose? Seeing as though the Nolvadex will prevent test gyno, will it hinder gains at all? And if I'm taking that then what should I take to prevent Deca gyno? Last question, what exactly does the Vitamin B-6 do? Clomid therapy should be taken 3 weeks after last test shot correct? Any advice will help, thanks fellas
