    Question bout Vitamin B-6

    Can someone tell why it is important to take 200mg ED of this while on a cycle? Thanks

    B6 is a Carbohydrate, Fat and Protein Metabolizer. I jus heard it stores all the fat n protein and all the other stuff like carbz we eat it keep them stored in our body longer.

    tablets. its legal too . you can get them at you nearest pharmacy drug store.

    200-250mgs is fine...ED...when you start to have problems bump it as high as 1g depending on what you need
