I agree with what mud and party are saying. If you have to ask all of these simple questions then you are not ready to use. You have to know whats good for you to use not what we tell you to use.
BTW I thought for 11 weeks out you would be a little leaner? no flame just honest questions, as for all of my friends that compete they had a lot less fat at 11 weeks... is this your first show? good luck
