Do you guys recommend splitting the dosage up in two on the same set days as above, or say doing the injects E4D's?

E3D is best but E4D is fine also.

With E3D you would just use less in each injection to get your weekly total

i use to hit every 4 days but it got confusing, counting and remebering the days. know i go "mon and thurs". its so much easier.

Yeah...that's what I'm thinking about right now as well. I guess Monday / Thursday would be a better off split...
