im doing a short cycle. it consit of 500 of sust a week. i want to throw in some winni v tabs, but im not sure were exaclty. should i do it starting week 4 (middle of cycle) o should i do it in beggining?
and another question is...can winni be taken during pct with clomid???

I take it you are running the Sust @ 500mg for 8 weeks? If that is the case, I would start the Winny @ week 5 and run it to week 10 so it lines up with PCT. Like this
Week 1-8 Sust @ 500mg
Week 5-10 Winny @ 50mg ED
I wouldnt suggest running winny with sust, if youre going to run test with it definately opt for prop. Are you looking to bulk up or cut up? Is this your first cycle? What are your stats?
i want to gain lean muscle. dont want to get puffy i want the hard look.
i know susts will get me bloated. ill be on nolvadex all they way through tho.
the reason why im doing sust is because i can get it at a very cheap price and is the only cycle i can get my hands on right now. i've seen some people do it and i like what they gain.
so here im 160-165 with less than 10% bf and 5'9

Luke duke is right, winny is usually used for leaning up and if you want to mix it with a test use prop because it is known for being a leaner gainer with a lot less water ret.
