gains as far as weight or stregnth? are you looking to bulk or cut? If bulking I recommend not to use the HydroxyCut. I say do through it and if you see weight gains such as water retention or just bloat throw in 30 mins cardio 2x a week.
I take em sometimes before I do cardio but not offten. I wouldn't run them throughout a bulk cycle though. If your cutting I'd say it's definetly ok to use em.
