hey bro dont worry I ubderstand u completely! just fill up the whole syringe using an 18 gauge needle and stick yourself in the jugular vein, yea the one at the neck the thick one! That way the deca will hit u fast and u will shut the **** up!

`it matters how strong the **** is ur taking. if its sustanon 250 one shot or 1cc would be 250. if u took two shots of sust 250. it would be 500mg.it matters how concentrated the stuff.deca 300 one shot(icc) is 300mg. if its deca 200. than the 1 cc is 200mgs. on the needles just fill in up to one cc of whatevr ur taking an do it twice a week. haha have fun
