Absolutely no appetite...
I used to eat like an animal, and lately I can't even bring myself to eat one meal a day. Today I had nothing but 1 scrambled egg. I do have to admit, I went under a depression stage where I didn't go out, didn't eat, or anything. Just slept the day away...maybe my body got used to living that way but it's becoming a pain in the ass that I can't eat, I'm trying to gain weight and I can't do it this way...any suggestions???

B-12 ...great for energy and appetite....gives a general feeling of "well being" to the person who is taking it...go injection though bro, the tabs are a pain in the ass...

B-12 is advertized as a appetite booster however, for me as of yet I cannot tell. I take 1000mcg ed. If your having that much trouble eating you should see a specialist IMO

In the meantime, just start trying to force down some homemade MRP's. Start with some fat reduced milk, raw eggs, protein mix and at least a cup oatmeal. From there you can start to throw in other stuff, yougurt, ice cream, peanut butter.... whatever. At least a few a day. Bro.. if all you are eating is like one scrambled egg a day, your body is going to go to s**t.
Have you been training during this time???

How have you come working out naturally??? You said you cant eat, you mean you wont eat. You have to suck it up and do it anyways. One thing you have to learn about eating when you want to start changing your body is, you no longer eat for the satisfaction of taste. You eat what you do to accomplish your goals. My last bulking cycle I would almost puke trying to eat eggs every morning.I hate eggs but the little bugers work.Its really sad when you are eating so much day in and day out that you dont even enjoy a steak from a nice resturant. I have no idea if anyone else has this much problems eating for a bulking cycle, But I do. I know to well what its like to force feed myself.
Anytime you think something is too hard just tell yourself this it works very well. Just say to your self "my pussy hurts."
