Taurine with Clenbuterol

Hi Guys just entering PCT and wanting to start my clen and Clomid etc and have found in search that Taurine a must while on Clen ???? could someone give me some ideas as I have no Taurine available can I still go ahead ?? anyadvise appreciate.

believe me you'll want it. it cost like 7 dollars for a bottle at any GNC or health food store. try it without and you can judge for yourself. From experience, every little movement will result in a debilitating cramp. potassium and plenty of water, too.

if you are going to use it might as well do it correctly

If you take Clen without taurine, you fvck up your liver plain and simple.

Taurine is a must when using clen - I had clen cramps at work one day while deciding I didn't need Taurine - I about died - every movement was some muscle cramping. I cap my own now. You can buy it in bulk and cap your own saves big time.

??? think we are going overboard on the taurine....i have run clen many times at dosages that would kill most and have never used taurine.....i will get taurine next time and it is a good idea..... but running clen without it will not cause you to internally combust

it can hinder t4 to t3 conversion.....can cause cramps with depleted taurine levels ....i have never cramped on 250mcgs/ed ......clen is not alkalated and will not destroy your liver

good read bro....but nowhere did i find that if you don't take taurine with clen your liver will set itself on fire.....
i've never had a problem cramping and speak from personal experience, not threads i have read
all in all, taking taurine with clen is a good idea....i'll have a red bull next time i run clen

You can get 50 1g taurine tabs for like 4 dollars. Why wouldnt you want to supp with it?
