had puffy nips for as long as i can remember

hey guys, unfortunately i have had puffy nips as long as i can remember and it has been a drag on my self esteem forever. Its one of the main reasons I started weight training and i have avoided taking my shirt off for years even with my big muscles and people are even suspicious to my reasons. I will do anything to get rid of this problem since I have always dreamed of taking off my shirt and being proud of my body. When my nipples are hard, I look great without my shirt and I wish I could do something to get it fixed. I have read about the surgery and I seriously want to get it done yet its really expensive. But I read somewhere that if you had this problem since puberty than insurance will cover the surgery. If anyone has any input for me Id really appreciate it.

Yeah you should go see a plastic surgeon he's probably the best one to talk to.
I don't know if it'll be covered by insurance or not..

dude, it's really common i've got lil puffy's too, since a kid. a sergeon will either remove partof the actual nipple itself, you should have your glands removed at the same time also so you can never get gyno, or they do a little lipo sculpting. plenty of pro bbuilder's have puffy nips too. for a quick fix or a quick self confidence booster, you can do what bbuilders do for shows: which is rub preperation H on their nips to keep them hard. prep. H is a hemroidial cream and is OTC. so try that out if you want to.
