55mg d-bol caps

How do you guys prefer to take these? Should I split them up and take a little bit 2-3 times per day or should I just take the whole cap 1 hour before workout. I have been getting mixed opinions and just wanted to see what you guys thought over here. Many guys say that if there is a difference in the over all results it will be very minimal.

I prefer to split into smaller dosages throughout the day keeping blood levels steady. All at one time seems a bit much and not getting the best use out of the d bol. IMO

r they morningstar labs kind? I know they come in 55mg, if they are can you post a pic for me?

split them in half and take both before 1:30pm,..imo

yes they are and I do not have a pic of them but they are just clear capsules stuffed with this incredible looking white powder that makes me feel like superman.
