Keep the gains ?
Hi guys i have a question ive heard from a few people that after your first cycle the gains that you keep after PCT are not permanent as in they will slowly turn into fat/ shed after a couple of months. Is that true ive also heard of guys doing cycles just to maintain the gains because i was thinking of doing one cycle and just one cycle but im not goin to do that if its for nothing. Ill also be on a regular schedule so i wont be sitting on my ass anyways. Thanx

Not if you do PCT correctly and train intensely afterwards.

If you continue to workout hard and eat well you should be able to keep most of your
gains.....if you have poor workout and eating habits you will loose most of it.

So even after say a year of normal diet and working out you could lose those gains? Do you have to continue to train intensely & keep your diet as strict as on cycle & PCT for however long you want to keep the gains?

I've heard that when u do correct pct u will more than
likely keeep around 80 to 90 percent of your gains.
Well if u do gh youre supposed to keep 100 percent of
your gains.

yeah i am still the same. as long as you lift and eat liek usual you'll be good. Also what is a good way to measure your B/F without on of those little fat grippers that a lot of people use? is there a way?

Fat calipers are inaccurate. The best way is underwater weighing

yeah underwater u have to go to a really good
facility to get that though but its very accurate.

muscle doesnt turn into fat. fat is fat and muscle is muscle. the "gains" you will lose right after is water weight (depending on your cycle). As far as gaining fat, you will if you dont have a proper post cycle therapy , diet, cardio, workout schedule. You can keep the lean gains you make from your cycles provided you dont slack off after juice, which is why some people do "lose" their gains and get fat.
