im running deca @300mg/week and sust@375mg/week.....is this ok since there are four esters of test? i know you are supposed to run sust higher than deca, any advice would be helpful

I would up the test to 400 to 450/wk to prevent deca d_ck

You always want to run your test higher than the other compounds you are doing along with the test like deca , Eq, Tren .
