Injectable L-Carnitine or Lipostabil??

Has anyone ever used either one? What kind of results did you get? Diet? Cardio? Just curious as I have a bit of flab on my lower abs that won't go away no matter how hard I diet and do cardio it just won't go away! I was thinking about GH, but the cost alone would prohibit me from getting it right now. Thanks for all the info in advance! ;)

I've been using L-carnitine injections about 4 months. I've lost 19 pounds, lost 4 inches in the waist, gained about 1 inch in arms and 2 inches in the chest. Muscle definition is obvious.
