    Getting In Shape

    IVE BEEN RELATIVELY OUT OF SHAPE FOR ABOUT 3 OR 4 MONTHS ALREADY.. MY QUESTION IS IF I SHOULD GET IN SOME DECENT SHAPE BEFORE I START MY CYCLE- OR SHOULD I JUST GO INTO IT? :spudnikfo

    Yer Thats What Ive Been Doing For The Past Week Or So Me And A Couple Of My Buddies Have Been Playing Football For About 2 Hours A Day I Find That I Dont Get As Bored As If I Were To Jog And Then Work Out.. So We Hit The Gym During The Afternoon And Then Ball..should I Stick To That Rotuine Or Just Work Out And Cut The Football?

    def. get in shape..I think steriods should be used when you have reached your physical peak,,,then the use of steriods will give you some great results...

    I REACHED MY PEAK A WHILE AFTER I GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL.. BUT AFTER A YEAR OR SO OF WORKING LIKE A DOG TO HELP MY PARENTS I LEFT THE GYM THATS WHY IM GOING TO GET ON THE JUICE ONCE I GET BACK IN SHAPE

    There is a good chance once you get back in shape you wont need roids to help. No you should play sports if you can alot of people dont have that opp. everyone is minimized to just using the gym so it will help. im playing aaa baseball as an addition to the gym. I was stuck at levels i couldnt break so i cheated and did a cycle now im hooked like a kid with candy. But DO NOT DO A CYCLE IF YOU ARE NOT IN SHAPE! You wont get hardly what you would out of it if you were in shape. good luck but stay on the board and learn you might want to do something diff depending on your stats.

    THATS GOOD UR PLAYING AAA BASEBALL IF THERE WAS ONLY MINOR LEAGUE FOOTBALL ID BE THERE CUZ I CANT PLAY COLLEGE BALL RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I HAVE LOST TOO MUCH WEIGHT BECUZ OF AN INJURY TO MY LIGAMENT WHILE I WAS PLAYIN BALL IN HIGH SCHOOL.. BUT IM GOING TO STAY ON THIS BOARD AND RESEARCH SOME MORE B4 I ACTUALLY START MY CYCLE.. THNX FOR THE HELP BRO

    Well, even if your trying to get back in shape, you still need to perfect your diet. Don't wait till your cycle.

    Real food is better for bulking. The only shakes im going to be taking are my PWO with dextrose and maltodextrin and my shake when i piss in the middle of the night

    Judging by all the info you gave us bro, you aren't even in sight of being ready for AAS. Put at least a year or two in the gym, fix your diet before going on AAS not just during it, this will take time to perfect. Don't rush into AAS you'll just hurt yourself in the long run. What are your stats anyway...
