Post Cycle Testing

I've gone to see a wholistic doc (for different reasons). I told her I was on AS and that before I switched from my AS, supplements, herbs, anit-E's, etc. and went to her herbs and supps that I wanted to finish my cycle. She understood and said she would help with getting my HPTA back in order. And wants to check my test levels at their lowest.

When is the best time to check test levels after your cycle?
You always hear ppl say get blood work done before (which I did) and after. But when after? After last shot? Before PCT? After PCT? Before and after?
