This will be my second cycle and im curious on what anti-Es i should use or what i can get by with. Im useing, 500mg ew of test E, 400mg ew deca for 10 weeks and, 50mg ed of dbol for 3 weeks. Do i use anti E,s every day or should i just have them on hand. I really dont know if it matters but im 5'9 165
200mg ed of B6
.25mg a day of liquidex
10mg of nolva ed
Does b6 effect your gains? i heard it does
How long do you run them?

definetly......
nolva and l-dex for test
and B6 for deca (or tren)
