do oh wait he only does creatine and protein.
i've trained with a English Pro and all he uses is creatine, protein, Multi Viamins and L-Gutamine :rolleyes:
Dorian Yates rattled off a list of the compounds he has used at a conference. Andreas Muntzer was found dead with his cycle written down on a piece of paper in his pocket. People say it was to claim personal supply when he was dealing if he got caught, but the doses aren't unbelievable for a pro. Paul Borreson wasn't a "pro," but he was a huge weirdo who take unbelievable doses.
High doses of a single compound only generates increased side effects. I've ran over 2 grams of AAS, divided between 3 compounds, and had no problems. I've also ran Test Propionate @ 1400mg/wk by itself and it nearly killed me with the high BP, so my guess it's a combo of a specialized routine, diet, and a combination of different AAS compounds...
