Well Im from sweden and here we the kilo-formula. Now I see you al wright that you gain so and so many lolb? or something like that. Im just wondering if someone knows how to translate that into kilos? would be intressting to know

I can't recall off the top of my head but search on google.com for it. Just type kilo to pound conversion and you'll get your answer.Quote:

example:
20 pounds x 0.45 = 9 kilos
9 kilos x 2.2 = 19.8 pounds (~20lb)
